Sales Person

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in Ethiopia
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market and industry trends
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
