Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Provide product support, training, and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and services quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required)
