Company Sales Representative

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Company Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the Ethiopian market. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market and industry trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to achieving sales targets
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, as required
