Sales Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian market and industry trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
