Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet customers and prospects
