About the Job
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Product Technical Lead / App Development Supervisor to oversee the development of a multi-service super app platform. You will serve as the primary technical representative, ensuring the outsourced development team delivers the project according to the approved product blueprint and high-quality technical standards.
Working Arrangement
Mostly remote / virtual work
Office visits may be required and will be discussed and agreed during the interview (not expected weekly)
Must be available for important meetings, critical updates, and urgent technical matters
Required to submit detailed weekly progress reports
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the outsourced development team regularly
Ensure all blueprint features and requirements are correctly implemented
Review technical execution, including:
Code quality
System architecture
Maintainability and technical consistency
Ensure proper integration of:
Payment gateways
Third-party APIs
Validate and oversee critical integrations, including:
National ID verification flow and related checks
Other key end-to-end system dependencies
Perform and oversee testing activities, including:
Functional testing
Integration testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Oversee full source code handover, including:
Repository structure (e.g., Git)
Deployment knowledge
Documentation quality
Knowledge transfer sessions
Support creation of required App Policies, including:
Privacy Policy
Terms of Service
Safety Guidelines
Data Protection statements
Identify and report risks, delays, and quality issues immediately
Coordinate effectively between business requirements and technical execution
Support final readiness activities, including:
Final testing
App Store submission support
Launch readiness validation
