Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely recruitment
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports
Onboarding & Employee Integration
Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs
Support new employees during their initial period to ensure smooth integration
Monitor onboarding feedback and suggest improvements
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and maintain data for decision-making
Employee Support & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Assist in handling employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Learning & Development Coordination
Coordinate training programs, schedules, and logistics
Track employee participation and maintain training records
Support implementation of development initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Projects
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Contribute to improving employee experience and HR service delivery
About You
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations

Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and supporting engagement initiatives.
Hands-on exposure in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience working with HR policies, procedures, and basic labor law compliance.
