Digital Operation Director

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Operation Director to lead our digital transformation and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital operation strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions and processes
• Oversee the management of digital platforms, including website, social media, and other online channels
• Analyze digital operation performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital operation initiatives and projects
• Ensure compliance with digital operation standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize digital operation budgets to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital operations, IT, or related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of success in leading digital transformation and operation initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
• Certifications in digital operations, ITIL, or related fields are desirable
