Job Description

About the Job
Operate and monitor EV charging stations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Oversee the health and operational status of charging equipment and related infrastructure.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on chargers.

Identify, troubleshoot, and report charger faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.

Manage daily charging operations, including charger allocation and customer support.

Monitor charger utilization and prepare operational reports.

Direct and manage vehicle traffic flow within the charging station to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental procedures.

Maintain accurate records of charging sessions, equipment performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with utility providers and management to ensure smooth station operation.

Assist customers with charging procedures and address service-related inquiries.

Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of the charging station facilities.

Verify and ensure that charging service payments are successfully completed through the approved payment methods, confirm transaction completion with customers, and provide payment-related assistance when required.

 

About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; OR Diploma/Level IV in a related technical field with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of EV charging systems and electrical equipment.

Ability to monitor charger performance and diagnose basic technical issues.

Understanding of electrical safety procedures and standards.

Knowledge of EV charging software and reporting systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Traffic and parking management capability.

Record-keeping and reporting skills.

Ability to respond effectively to operational emergencies and equipment faults.

Basic digital system proficiency.
