Job Description

Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite international qualified candidates in the capacity of Head of Technical and Project Controls for Bishoftu International Airport Project Management office.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

A Minimum of BSc Degree in Engineering/Project Mgmt. with a Minimum 15 years’ experience in Project Controls on large EPC/PMCM projects Mandatory expertise in Primavera P6, Risk Analysis, and Integrated Baseline Reviews out of which 5 years international experience preferred.

OR

MSc Degree in Engineering/Project Mgmt. with a Minimum 13 years’ experience in Project Controls on large EPC/PMCM projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the integrated WBS, Cost Baseline, and Master Schedule.
Implements Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track progress, forecast final costs, and analyse schedule variance.
Manages the formal Change Control Board (CCB) process.
Establishes the Project Cost Baseline and manages change control.
Performs budget forecasting and financial analysis, including Earned Value Management (EVM).

Language proficiency: Fluent in written and Spoken in English Language.
