Job Title: Technical Trainer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and clients
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop targeted training solutions
• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and online courses
• Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or a related field
• Proven expertise in a specific technical area, such as software development, networking, or cybersecurity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
