Job Summary
An Office Machine Maintenance Technician installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and computers to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up new office equipment and ensuring proper integration.
Performing regular cleaning, lubrication, and check-ups on machines (printers, copiers, faxes).
Diagnosing faults and repairing electrical/mechanical problems on-site or in a workshop.
Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance.
Respond quickly to emergency repair needs.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts replaced.
Providing technical support and training users on proper equipment usage.
About You
Diploma, TVET Level IV, or certificate in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2-4years’ experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
