Utility Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive engagement plans to target utility companies and promote our services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility company executives, decision-makers, and influencers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align engagement strategies and drive business growth
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting our services and building brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy, utilities, or related industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
