Job Title: Ethics and Anti-Corruption Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust ethics and anti-corruption program that promotes a culture of integrity and transparency within our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ethics and anti-corruption program that aligns with international best practices and Ethiopian laws and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on ethics and anti-corruption policies and procedures
- Investigate allegations of unethical behavior and corruption, and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, to promote ethics and anti-corruption initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the ethics and anti-corruption program, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as compliance, audit, or risk management
- Proven knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations related to ethics and anti-corruption, including the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Proclamation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Certification in a related field, such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM), is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
