Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align trade marketing strategies with business goals
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Design and implement in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and other trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade marketing and make recommendations for innovation and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian market and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
