About the Job
Job Purpose :-To plan, coordinate, and execute trade marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility, improve retail execution, support sales growth, and enhance customer engagement across all business units through effective merchandising, trade promotions, market activations, and channel marketing initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Implements approved trade marketing plans and promotional activities across assigned markets.
Coordinates merchandising activities and ensures proper placement of branding and promotional materials at retail outlets, distributors, agents, dealers, and key accounts.
Assists in organizing trade promotions, product demonstrations, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer activation programs.
Ensures Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) are distributed, installed, and maintained according to the Group’s branding standards.
Conducts regular market visits to monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, promotional execution, and competitor activities.
Collects market information, customer feedback, and trade partner insights and submits regular reports to the immediate supervisor.
Supports product launches and promotional campaigns by coordinating field execution and logistics.
Maintains strong working relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities.
Assists in monitoring stock levels of promotional and branding materials and requests replenishment when required.
Verifies that all retail branding and promotional activities comply with the Group’s corporate identity and brand guidelines.
Coordinates with the Sales, Brand Management, Procurement, and Digital Marketing teams to support marketing activities.
Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns by collecting field data and preparing performance reports.
Identifies retail branding opportunities and reports visibility gaps for corrective action.
Maintains records of trade marketing activities, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
Supports the implementation of seasonal campaigns, dealer promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
Qualification and Skills

Education

BA or MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience

must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
