TOR for Consultancy Assignment

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to undertake a specific assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and services to support our organization in achieving its goals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for growth and development
• Develop and implement strategies to address specific challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide training and capacity-building support to staff and partners
• Monitor and evaluate progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting adjustments as needed
• Prepare and submit reports, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc/MA or higher) in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or social sciences
• Proven track record of successful consultancy assignments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Ethiopian laws, regulations, and cultural context
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Amharic or other local languages is an asset
