INVITATION FOR BIDS: Selection of a Travel Agent for the Provision of Air Ticketing Services for HRNS-Ethiopia

We are seeking a reputable and experienced travel agent to provide air ticketing services for HRNS-Ethiopia. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing efficient, cost-effective, and reliable air travel services to our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Provide air ticketing services for domestic and international travel
• Offer competitive pricing and discounts for air travel
• Ensure timely and efficient booking and confirmation of flights
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our staff and management
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Submit regular reports and updates on air travel services provided

Requirements

• Must be a licensed travel agent with a valid license from the Ethiopian Ministry of Tourism
• At least 3 years of experience in providing air ticketing services to corporate clients
• Must have a strong network of airlines and travel industry partners
• Must have a good understanding of the Ethiopian travel industry and market trends
• Must have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as tourism, hospitality, or business administration from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Must be fluent in English and Amharic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
