CCTV System Supply and Installation ToR for Digital Horizon Project partner Schools

Brief Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced supplier to provide and install CCTV systems for our partner schools under the Digital Horizon Project. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, supplying, and installing CCTV systems that meet the project’s technical specifications and requirements. The goal of this project is to enhance the safety and security of the school communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess the schools’ security needs and provide recommendations for CCTV system installation
• Design and propose a CCTV system that meets the project’s technical specifications and requirements
• Supply all necessary equipment, including cameras, recorders, monitors, and accessories
• Install the CCTV system in accordance with the proposed design and project requirements
• Test and commission the CCTV system to ensure it is functioning properly
• Provide training to school staff on the operation and maintenance of the CCTV system
• Provide warranty and maintenance services for the CCTV system for a specified period

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, supplying, and installing CCTV systems
• Proven track record of successfully completing similar projects
• Knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations related to security and surveillance systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Certificate of registration from a relevant professional body, such as the Ethiopian Ministry of Science and Technology
• Valid tax clearance certificate and business license
