TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR CONSULTANT

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in their field of expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. The Consultant will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success, in collaboration with our team
• Provide expert advice and guidance to our team, including training and capacity building
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other events to engage stakeholders and drive progress
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed
• Prepare and submit reports, including findings, recommendations, and progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in Ethiopia, with a strong understanding of the local business environment and regulatory framework
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Amharic or other local languages an advantage
• Professional certification, such as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) or a related certification, is an asset
