Qualification and Legal Requirements
The consultant(s) should have: –

Master’s degree in law (LLM) with a qualification in human rights
Excellent skills in conducting national policy advocacy.
Proven expertise in training manual development.
Good understanding of advocacy and the policy environment of the country.
Proven expertise in youth development and empowerment projects.
Good report writing and analytical skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Amharic languages.
Legally registered firms with renewed license, VAT registration or TIN number for individual applicants
