Tender Officer / Bid Officer – Business Development Department
Responsibilities
Tender Management: Identify, review, and manage tender opportunities relevant to the company’s design and business scope.
Bid Preparation: Coordinate and prepare bid documents, proposals, and presentations in compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, finance, and project teams to gather technical and financial inputs for tender submissions.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Client Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and strengthen business relationships.
Compliance: Ensure all bids meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.

About You
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or business development (preferably in design, construction, or engineering industries).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of international tendering procedures and business development practices is desirable.
