Job Title: Store Keeper

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse, ensuring that all stored items are properly received, stored, and dispatched. The Store Keeper will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and recorded.
• Manage and maintain the warehouse, including cleaning, organization, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or stock discrepancies.
• Dispatch goods and materials to relevant departments or external parties, ensuring that all items are properly packaged and labeled.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stored items, including inventory levels, stock movements, and storage locations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all stored items are properly utilized and that inventory levels are optimized.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or inventory management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and maintain inventory records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external parties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
