Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Space Experience Manager to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. As a Space Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of space-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement space-related projects, including mission planning, payload development, and launch operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and suppliers

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in the space industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of space-related technologies, including launch systems, satellite operations, and space mission planning
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
