Job Title: Service Trainer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Trainer to join our team. As a Service Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our service staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for service staff, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and soft skills.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to service staff, supporting their ongoing development and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Hospitality, or Education, from a recognized Ethiopian university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or service-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on customer service and staff development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
