Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; a Master’s Degree is strongly preferred and will carry significant weight in the evaluation process.
Preferred fields: English Language & Literature, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communications, or Project Management.
Candidates holding dual degrees or advanced certifications in complementary fields (e.g., MBA combined with Literature or Law) will be viewed with particular favour.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive support, strategic advisory, or corporate communications role — preferably within a CEO’s office or senior leadership team.
Demonstrated track record of producing Board-quality documents, strategic proposals, and high-stakes correspondence under tight deadlines.
Experience in a construction, infrastructure, or engineering firm is a significant added value.
Skills & Competencies
High-calibre English proficiency — fluent, polished, and confident in speaking, writing, reading, and high-level liaison communication. Mastery of tone and register across audiences.
French language proficiency is not mandatory but is a significant added value and will be given very strong preference in the selection process.
Exceptional reading comprehension and analytical writing — ability to extract key insights from lengthy, complex documents and produce clear, structured outputs across all formats.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) well beyond basic use, including document design, data analysis, and presentation excellence.
Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure. Impeccable judgment and the strictest confidentiality.
Professional maturity — capable of engaging with senior executives, government officials, international partners, and board members with ease.
