Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator (Water Filter & Water Treatment)

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team, specializing in water filter and water treatment solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our business in the Ethiopian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up to meet sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities and providing solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management to inform business decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in the water treatment or filtration industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM software
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
