Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Corporate Business Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic business relationships with key corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate client organizations
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized products and services that meet client needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or relationship management role, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strategic business relationships and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level executives and decision-makers
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape, including key industries, trends, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or MBA will be an added advantage
