Senior Consultant & Trainer

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant & Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert consulting services and training to our clients, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals. The Senior Consultant & Trainer will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, design and deliver tailored training programs, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze client requirements to design and deliver customized training programs
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans, including curriculum design, materials development, and evaluation strategies
• Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and coaching services to clients
• Provide expert consulting services to clients, including organizational development, change management, and performance improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve training programs and consulting services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Education, or Organizational Development, from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting and training role, with a proven track record of success
• Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field, such as an MBA or a professional certification in training and development
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working with Ethiopian organizations and familiarity with the local business environment
