Job Summary
Infonans Solution PLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process from initial concept to final completion, ensuring all projects are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and compliant with safety and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Create high-quality architectural designs, floor plans, and 3D renderings for residential, commercial, or specialized IT infrastructure projects.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, material specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work aligns with the approved designs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with civil engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professionals, and project managers to ensure integrated project delivery.
Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, present design proposals, and manage revisions based on feedback.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet Ethiopian building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

About You
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Auto CAD, Archi CAD or Revit, 3ds Max/Lumion, and MS Office.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work, including 3D visualizations and technical drawings.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English and Amharic).
