Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and videos
• Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive visual identities for various projects
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand identity and ensure all designs align with it
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging multimedia content for social media and other marketing channels
• Edit and finalize designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 1-2 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
