Sanding / Brushing / Crusher Operators

We are seeking experienced Sanding, Brushing, and Crusher Operators to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining sanding, brushing, and crushing machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

• Operate sanding, brushing, and crushing machinery to meet production requirements
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and control the quality of products to meet company standards
• Work safely and follow all safety protocols to prevent injuries and damage to equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance) from a recognized Ethiopian institution
• At least 2 years of experience operating sanding, brushing, and crushing machinery in a production environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move around the production area for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as required
