Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Ethiopia as required
