Sales Person (Female only)

As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective sales support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
