Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
