Major Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies .
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Set realistic sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Lead comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the food industry.
About You
BA Degree in Marketing management, Management, Business Administration or similar field and 7 years relevant work experience and 4 years on managerial position / experience in food manufacturing industries is preferable
