Request for Consultant Services Proposal (RFP)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to provide expert services to our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with our team. The consultant will be responsible for providing specialized expertise, analyzing complex problems, and developing innovative solutions to support our organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement tailored solutions to address specific business needs and challenges
• Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other capacity-building initiatives
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and clients
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to various audiences

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in a consultancy or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent writing and speaking skills
