Pursuit and Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pursuit and Proposal Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pursuit strategies to win new business opportunities
• Lead the development of high-quality proposals, pitches, and presentations that meet client needs and showcase our capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to develop compelling proposal content
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Manage the proposal development process, including coordinating with team members, setting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality output
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of leading successful proposal efforts and contributing to business growth
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposal content
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with proposal management software and tools
