Job Title: Branch Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure efficient use of resources
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide coaching and training to employees to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a banking or financial institution
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian business laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use banking software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
