Project Sales Representative
Brief Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and provide presentations to clients on our products and services
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services
- Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a project-based sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages an added advantage
