Preventive Maintenance Division Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Preventive Maintenance Division Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the highest level of equipment efficiency and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing maintenance budgets, and supervising a team of maintenance professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, including maintenance technicians and engineers
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and scheduling maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities

Requirements

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of maintenance professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
• Knowledge of maintenance management best practices, including predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and total productive maintenance
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, including CMMS and ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
