Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management team members
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
