Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily production targets and meet customer demands
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health protocols
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in packaging operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field) from a recognized Ethiopian institution
• 0-2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
