About the Job
The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for coordinating and providing technical leadership and support for organizational development initiatives. The role serves as the primary HR technical liaison with external consultants engaged in organizational structure review, job architecture, competency framework development, salary structure, and employee benefits review. The position facilitates the collection and validation of organizational data, coordinates HR workstream activities, conducts technical reviews of consultancy deliverables, and supports the implementation and continuous improvement of approved HR frameworks, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives and business needs under the guidance of the HR Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate organizational development and HR consultancy projects from planning through implementation.
Coordinate job analysis, job evaluation, job documentation, and organizational structure reviews.
Support the development of job architecture, competency frameworks, and job classification systems.
Conduct organizational and workforce analyses and prepare recommendations to support management decisions.
Review job descriptions, grading proposals, salary analyses, and benchmarking studies.
Coordinate data collection and stakeholder engagement for organizational development initiatives.
Monitor project implementation, prepare progress reports, and maintain related documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
Organizational Development
Organizational Structure Review
