Job Title: Manager, District Operation

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, District Operation to lead our district operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our district, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement district operations strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of district operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Monitor and analyze district performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage district budget, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of successful district operations management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and accountability
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of local languages an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in ERP systems an advantage
