About the Job
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including but not limited to civil, commercial, regulatory, and employment disputes. Evaluate the merits of each case and develop effective strategies for resolution.
Assign cases to attorneys and support staff, ensuring proper distribution of workload. Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Review and approve key litigation documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
