Junior Sales Representative

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for sales meetings and client visits
