Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet & Driver Management: Plan daily truck movements, monitor fuel efficiency, and supervise driver performance and safety compliance.
Maintenance & Compliance: Coordinate vehicle repairs/servicing and ensure all trucks have valid licenses, insurance, and permits.
Store & Inventory: Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts/consumables; maintain accurate stock records (GRN/GIN) and monitor reorder points.
Reporting: Prepare daily performance and inventory reports; reconcile physical stock with system records.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of transport/fleet operations and basic vehicle maintenance.
Systems: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with fleet tracking or inventory management software.
Administration: Excellent reporting, physical/electronic filing, and documentation skills.
Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to manage drivers and mechanics.

Key Requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Auto-Mechanics, or related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in fleet operations or transport-related store management.
