Job Description

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of records and identify discrepancies as well as implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, or spoilage of goods.
Oversee the receipt of incoming goods and ensure they comply with the quality and quantity specified in purchase orders.
Inspect and verify the condition of received goods to identify any damages or defects.
Design and maintain an efficient storage layout to maximize space utilization and ease of access.
Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to different departments or locations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Continuously evaluate store and distribution processes for potential improvements.
Identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
