Job Title: HR Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and selection processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that our employees are engaged, motivated, and equipped to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the organization’s overall goals and objectives
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on employment law and company policies
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance management, including performance appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and health and safety regulations
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or organization
• Proven knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations, including the Labor Proclamation and the Employment Exchange Services Proclamation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Certification in HR management, such as a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is an added advantage
